I teach 7th grade special education and this was a super fun way practice!
Students loved this activity. Most of them forgot they were doing math because they were engaged in finding out eachothers ships.
My students LOVE these and we always have the best time playing them!
This was great! It took a little bit for students to get the hang of it (mostly due to their wanting to jump in and not listen to instructions), but once I got them on the right track it was a lot of fun.
My students love the Battle My Math games! I utilize this one with 7th grade after we have completed all operations with integers before moving onto rational numbers, and beginning of the year for review with my 8th Grade Algebra class. I have also thought about using it around winter break when it's one of those "off" days and prior to state testing in the spring!
