I was surprised at how many of my students did not know how to play battleship, but once they understood the rules, this was an incredibly helpful review activity!

I think it's a good resource but my students did struggle a little bit with some of the equations. The kids really enjoyed the format of it and had a lot of fun trying to figure out where their partners hid the ship. I would definitely recommend modeling to students how to play a couple of rounds before letting them go on their own.
