My students loved this activity to practice the skills we learned in class. I used it as independent practice since it was self-checking. It worked well with Google Classroom.
My eighth graders enjoyed the Halloween themed review of Slope and the added challenge it provided.
I LOVE using error analysis, especially with my accelerated 8th grade Algebra I students! I left this for them when I had a sub and they generally did well with it, a few of the problems gave them pause and we looked at them the next day when I was back. They thought it was fun, though!
What an awesome activity to use with my online students. Perfect fit time of year, Halloween, and concept being studied. I will continue to use this in coming years.
This was the perfect activity to use on Halloween to wrap up our unit on slope! It let students practice finding slope a variety of ways: tables, graphs, equations, and coordinates.
